I am using Mobil One off and on since 2007, when a colleague told me about it first. I have a 2002 Accord V6 sedan which is now pushing 156,000 miles in just 8 years! The use of this oil, in conjunction with high mileage Fram oil filter (for cars with more than 75k in miles) helps to ensure that continues to operate smoothely.

I usually go to one of those run Chevron Oil Changers here in SF Bay Area (if you're not here, I'm sure you have a chain of equivalents that changing the oil for youand you have the chance to bring in your own paper products).

Mobil One is simply the best and I still had problems related to the type of oil I put in my Honda.
