Eastwood's Rust Converter halts residual rust in its tracks and converts the surface to a black protective polymeric coating. This protective coating seals out moisture and can be top coated with most paints. This single component converter can be sprayed or brush applied. One quart covers about 50 to 75 square feet.
Directions: Please read entire label before using this products. Surface Preparation: Use a wire brush or sandpaper to remove all loose rust and scale. Use Eastwood's PRE to remove all residual grease and oils for surface to be treated.
